Simple, predictable pricing
No commission. No packaging markup. No volume-based pricing. You pay for the platform, and you pay your manufacturer for packaging. The two never mix. All prices exclude VAT.

Join as a ManufacturerPackaging is separate
The subscription is for using the platform. When Packwide generates a packaging order, the business buys that packaging directly from the manufacturer, at the manufacturer's own wholesale price. That payment never passes through Packwide and never appears on a platform invoice.
- 0%
- packaging markup
- 0%
- sales commission
- £0
- charged on order volume
The manufacturer's wholesale price, invoiced by them, monthly as replenishment happens. Packwide adds nothing.
£50 per connected store, per month. Manufacturers pay their own £100 platform fee, separately.
One store or five, the maths is the same
Each active connected store is £50 a month. Nothing else changes what you pay: not your order volume, your revenue, your packaging spend, or how fast you grow.
| Connected stores | Example | Per month, ex VAT |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | One Shopify store | £50 |
| 2 | Shopify + WooCommerce | £100 |
| 3 | Two Shopify + one WooCommerce | £150 |
| 4 | Four connected stores | £200 |
| 5 | Five connected stores | £250 |
A business with one store and 5,000 orders a month pays the same £50 as a business with one store and 50 orders. Order volume drives the forecasting, never the bill.
Pricing questions
What exactly counts as a connected store?
Any sales channel you have connected and left active: a Shopify store, a WooCommerce store, or manual usage logging if you sell offline. Each active connection is £50 a month. Disconnect one and it stops being billed.
Does my fee go up as I sell more?
No. Order volume, revenue, packaging spend, purchase orders and reorders have no effect on what you pay. Your subscription changes only when you connect or disconnect a store.
Does Packwide mark up packaging?
No. The price on a listing is the price the manufacturer set. Packwide adds no markup and takes no commission, so the price is the same with or without us.
Do I pay Packwide for the packaging itself?
No. You pay the manufacturer directly for packaging, at their wholesale price, and you pay Packwide separately for the platform. No invoice combines the two.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Every manufacturer on the platform agrees to wholesale pricing with no minimum order, which is what makes small, frequent orders possible.
Are these prices before or after VAT?
Every figure on this page excludes VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate on your invoice, so what you are charged will be higher than the price shown here.
What does a manufacturer pay?
£100 a month, flat. Not per product, not per business served, not per purchase order, and never a percentage of what you sell.
