What Packwide is responsible for, what it is not, and what happens to your data. The formal wording follows each summary.
Terms
- Packwide never buys, holds, warehouses or resells packaging
- Packaging is sold by the manufacturer to the business, at the manufacturer’s wholesale price
- Packwide adds no markup and takes no commission on packaging
- Manufacturers on the platform agree to wholesale pricing with no minimum order quantity
- Manufacturers ship directly to the business and invoice them directly
- Packwide’s only charge is a monthly platform fee to each side: £50 per connected store for businesses, £100 flat for manufacturers, both excluding VAT
- Delivery is confirmed independently by both parties; disputes go to review rather than automatic resolution
Privacy
- Connecting a sales platform grants Packwide read access to order counts and dates only
- Packwide does not read your customers’ personal details
- Packwide never writes anything back to your shop
- Platform credentials are encrypted before they are stored, and are never displayed again after saving
- Account data is used to operate the service, not sold or shared for marketing
Cookies
This marketing site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The application uses browser storage solely to keep you signed in.
