The order goes out before you notice

Reordering fails because it depends on somebody remembering. Packwide sits between your store and your manufacturer and takes the remembering out.

01

Connect your store

Link Shopify or WooCommerce in a few minutes. Packwide reads your order activity and nothing else. If you sell offline, log usage by hand instead. The forecast works the same way.

02

Choose your packaging

Browse packaging listed by manufacturers on the platform and pick what you use. You tell Packwide roughly how many of each you get through per order, which is what turns your sales into packaging usage.

03

Packwide tracks usage

Every day, your order count becomes an estimate of packaging used. Over a few weeks that builds a picture of how quickly you get through each format.

04

Packwide predicts when you need more

Recent demand, how much you have left, and how long your manufacturer takes to deliver together decide when an order has to go out to arrive in time.

05

A purchase order is generated

Sent straight to your manufacturer at their wholesale price, with no minimum order quantity. You can see it, but you do not have to do anything.

06

The manufacturer ships to you

Direct to your delivery address. Packwide never takes possession of the packaging, and never adds anything to its price.

07

You confirm delivery

You and the manufacturer each confirm what arrived, independently. Matching confirmations update your stock and feed the next forecast. If the two disagree, the order is held for review rather than resolved in either party’s favour.

Packwide reads your orders, nothing else

Connecting a store gives Packwide read access to your order history. It never reads customer details, and it never writes anything back to your shop.

Packaging decisions based on what you actually sell

Packwide monitors recent packaging usage, your manufacturer’s lead time and a safety margin to estimate when each item should be replenished. Busy month, the order goes sooner. Quiet month, it waits.

You never have to look at any of this. Your dashboard says how many days of cover you have and when the next order is expected.

Common questions

Can I see an order before it is sent?

Every automatic order appears in your dashboard with the quantity, unit price and manufacturer. You can stop tracking an item at any time, which prevents new orders being raised for it.

What if a delivery is wrong?

You and the manufacturer confirm independently. If the two figures disagree, the order is held for review rather than resolved in either party’s favour, and your stock is not changed until a person has looked at it.

Does Packwide hold stock?

No. Packwide never buys, warehouses or resells packaging.

Which platforms can I connect?

Shopify and WooCommerce are supported today. Etsy is not yet available because it requires an approved developer app. Manual logging works for any seller.
